  1. Second Reading -- Ordinance amending Chapter 42, Division 2, Section 42-41(h) of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Orange Beach, Alabama, to add an exception to the lighting provisions of the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code.

  2. Second Reading -- Ordinance amending Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Orange Beach, Alabama, to add a new Article VIII entitled, "Small Wireless Facilities."

  1. Resolution appropriating funds to the Makos Academics, Arts & Athletics Club in the amount of $90,000.

  2. Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a State Highway 182 pedestrian crossing traffic control signal located at Middle Gate Road.

  3. Resolution authorizing the execution of installation, operation, and maintenance agreements with the Alabama Department of Transportation for State Highway 182 traffic control signals.

  4. Resolution authorizing the execution of a software license agreement with Orgamation Technologies, Inc., for iCare childcare management software.

  5. Resolution authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Baldwin County Board of Education for the Orange Beach Middle/High School student athlete program.

  6. ADDITION: Resolution authorizing the execution of a task order with Sawgrass Consulting, LLC, to provide a site plan for the relocation of Public Works in an amount not to exceed $58,315.
