Orange Beach, Alabama, Elementary School received its highest grade ever from the state department of education.

October 18, 2019 – Orange Beach, AL – (OBA®) – Orange Beach Elementary school received the highest rating ever from the Alabama Department of Education in its latest report card on schools in the state.

Orange Beach, Alabama, Elementary School Principal Ryan Moss.“Baldwin County has never had a score as high as 99 on one of its school’s state report cards,” Superintendent Eddie Tyler said. “This year, Baldwin County has TWO schools with a 99 out of 100 on their state report cards. Congratulations to Fairhope Elementary and Orange Beach Elementary - what an outstanding accomplishment.”

Orange Beach principal Ryan Moss said the high school is a result of teamwork at the school as well as in the community.

“Please join me in a big congratulations to Orange Beach Elementary School students, staff, and teachers for our 2019-2020 Alabama State Department of Education Report Card released today, A+ rating of a 99,” Moss said in an email to the OBA Community Website. “This achievement, as well as growth from last year, is a very big deal and a very challenging feat to accomplish. We are thrilled with this report and would like to also thank you all, our parents and stakeholders, for your support of OBES as well on this TEAM effort.”
