January 8th, 2020 - Perdido Key, FL - (OBA®) - Tuesday, January 14th and Saturday, January 25th  from 11am – 4pm, Flora-Bama will be hosting a job fair seeking to hire more than 200 positions across their five businesses: Flora-Bama, Flora-Bama Liquor & Lotto, Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Ole River Grill, and Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports.

Managers from each business and department will be on site doing open interviews and fulfilling jobs within the week! Training will start immediately after hiring to get a jump-start on the 2020 season.

Applications will be on site and all hires are contingent upon a clean background check, so please bring your proof of citizenship and proper identification.

Ages 16 and up are eligible for Ole River Grill, Yacht Club, & Marina and 18 and up is required for Flora-Bama and Liquor Store.

Available positions include: Server, Busser, Bartender, Hostess, Food Runner, Dishwasher, Cook, Kitchen Prep, Gift Shop, Liquor Store, Customer Service, Door Staff, Dock Hand, Maintenance and more. 

This iconic honky-tonk has been employing people in the community for 56 years and has sparked excitement across the country with events like the Interstate Mullet Toss, Flora-Bama Fishing Rodeo, Bulls on the Beach, Kenny Chesney’s Flora-Bama-Jama, Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival and Polar Bear Dip. Over the years, the Flora-Bama footprint has expanded into a liquor store, marina, & two sit down open-air waterfront restaurants.
