Join us at the German Sausage Festival for Elberta's famous German sausage & sauerkraut, plus continuous entertainment for adults and children, and over 200 arts & crafts booths. Other scrumptious foods will include German style filled cabbage, potato salad, goulash, red beans & rice, hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ sandwiches, ice cream, popcorn and peanuts. There will be baked goods as well as arts & crafts for sale at the festival. Carnival rides, polka, country, contemporary and German music will also be provided for entertainment.

Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow

This year, NAS Pensacola is celebrating its 101st anniversary.  Established in 1914, NAS Pensacola was the first air station commissioned by the Navy for the training of aviators in the infancy of Naval Aviation. 

The 2015 Blue Angels Homecoming Air Show will feature a variety of performers showcasing the best in both military and civilian aviation, of course highlighted by the final 2015 performances by our home based Blue Angels. We are honored to have the privilege of providing you the chance to meet and interact with the best and the brightest young men and women that our country has to offer.

 33rd Annual Frank Brown International Songwriters' Festival

The Alabama Gulf Coast Christmas Boat Parade takes place on Saturday, December 10th. The parade will start at Lulu's Homeport Marina at 5:00pm and travel east on the Intracoastal Waterway, around Bear Point and turn south then east back to Cobalt The Restaurant at Perdido Pass.

There are lots of great viewing areas along Canal Road between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, as well as The Wharf. You can also watch the Christmas Boat Parade coming into the docks at Cobalt the Restaurant, where the after-the-parade party takes place.

The Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival, presented by Tanger Outlets, welcomes more than 50 hot air balloonists from across the country. Enjoy the floating works of art as they grace the skies of South Baldwin County on Friday and Saturday morning. Get up close and personal as the hot air balloons and their pilots light up the evening skies at the nightly balloon glows, held Friday and Saturday night, weather permitting.

Guests enjoy free, fun entertainment featuring something for every member of your family. Spread out your blanket, grab an ice cold drink and enjoy a variety of live music daily. Be sure to catch one of the many shows by the Disc Connected K-9 World Famous Frisbee Dog Show. Toss after toss you will be amazed as man’s best friend defies gravity catching their prized flying saucers. Pet a baby alligator at the free Kid's Fun Zone which offers hours of fun for any age.
