Warrant service leads to FBI officer involved shooting

Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – According to Facebook posts, the shooting took place at Traditions Apartments when a warrant was being served. 


According to reports, the subject of the warrant is dead. From what we’re hearing, no one else was hurt.


The Gulf Shores Police posted the following on their Facebook page.


“There is a large police presence in the area of Oak Road West and Gulf Shores Parkway regarding an FBI officer involved shooting. The GSPD is assisting the FBI with scene security however GSPD officers were not involved nor took part in the incident. As more information becomes available it will be released by the FBI.”
