The founders of the Galway Irish Public House have deep ties in the local culinary scene. Susan Ellis, Scott Keel and Jonathon Langston are friends who had this "Pub" dream for years. Scott & Susan are also the owners of another quaint spot named Bleus Burger.
The three have teamed up and designed the new interior and menu from the ground up. While locals were watching the construction of the location, anticipation was building.
