We specialize in fun family Orange Beach and Gulf Shores fishing charters. This includes private charters where you have the whole boat to yourself.
About Fairwater II Charters
Fairwater II's four charter boats are conveniently located at Zeke's Landing Marina, in Orange Beach, Alabama. The marina and the boats are very easy to find on the west dock in slips A3, A4, A5 & A6.
Your trip into the Gulf of Mexico will be targeting species such as Red Snapper, Wahoo, Spanish Mackerel, Vermilion Snapper, King Mackerel, Black or Scamp Grouper and possibly some types of Sharks. You will be mainly concentrating on light and heavy tackle trolling and bottom fishing.
The crew will take care of everything you will need for your deep sea fishing adventure! They provide bait, license, and tackle for you and your guests. All you would need to bring is whatever food and drinks you will need for the trip.
A Tribute to My Dad
One of our charting boats, The Bollweevil, was custom built by Buskins Boat Works, a local Gulf Shores builder, in 1979 by my father’s, Captain Gloyice Ard, orders. He ensured the boat was built with fiberglass and a diesel powered engine that would comfortably fit 6 customers. He fished on the Bollweevil in Orange Beach for nearly 30 years before retiring at the age of 78. Happy memories of this boat hold for me as well as thousands of happy customers. After my father’s retirement, I continue to take care of his boat, chartering many happy customers, just as he wished.
