Orange Beach Garden Club Hosts Annual Game Day

Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – The Orange Beach Garden Club is gearing up for its 36th Annual Game Day and Salad Luncheon, a much-anticipated community event. Scheduled for February 21st, the gathering will be held at the Orange Beach Event Center at The Wharf, located at 4671 Wharf Pkwy W. This year, the club is embracing the theme “Butterfly Gardens”, adding a vibrant touch to the event.


Doors for the event will open at 9:30 AM, with a variety of games, including card games and dominoes, commencing at 10:00 AM. This event presents an excellent opportunity for community members to either engage in their favorite games or learn new ones, all while socializing and making new friends.


Tickets for the Game Day are priced at $35, available exclusively in advance. Interested individuals can purchase them at two locations: the Orange Beach Senior Activity Center at 26251 Canal Road, and Emporium at C, situated at 25405 Perdido Beach Blvd, next to the Orange Beach Rouses.


The ticket includes not only a spot in the event but also a lunch buffet with dessert. Attendees will also have the chance to win door prizes. Additionally, raffle tickets will be sold at the door for a chance to win one of 20 grand gift baskets.


The proceeds from this event will be channeled towards various community projects supported by the Orange Beach Garden Club. These projects include contributions to the City of Orange Beach's Police, Fire Department, and Environmental Services. The club's initiatives range from Arbor Day celebrations and scholarships to the maintenance of the Butterfly Garden on the Hugh Branyon Trail, the Light Up Orange Beach Christmas decoration contest, and other vital community projects.
