Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – Developers are looking to build a multi-use subdivision called Nickel Creek on 37.08 acres located on an undeveloped lot located on the northwest corner of South Juniper Street and East Pride Drive.
Plans call for more than 50,000 square feet in the development and the lot is directly east of Sandy Sansing car dealership and north of the Tanger Outlet complex. During the meeting, the commission will also discuss:

- A request to approve the site plan to build a Jiffy Lube located at 21797 Miflin Road west of the OWA complex. Staff will recommend approval with conditions.
- A request for preliminary approval for Sherwood Phase three to subdivide 21.34 acres into 50 lots located west of South Hickory Street and south of West Michigan Avenue. Staff will recommend approval.
