Foley Police Arrest Man for Making Terrorist Threat

No Weapon Found in Arrest of Man Charged with Terrorist Threat

Foley, Ala. – (OBA) – On September 20, 2023, Foley Police Department officers responded to a call at Meadowbrook Apartments. The caller, later identified as Dylan Mackenzie Green, claimed he was armed and intended to initiate a shooting. A thorough search of the area yielded no threats.
Green, a 22-year-old resident of Foley, was subsequently located and arrested without incident. The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office assisted in the arrest. Green has been charged with Terrorist Threat First Degree, a felony offense. No weapon was found during the arrest.
