Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – The City of Gulf Shores, in collaboration with the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber, is set to host a Vision 2035 Business Stakeholder Workshop on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Erie Meyer Civic Center. This event seeks input from local business leaders to shape the city's long-term plans, guiding development and resource allocation for the next decade.
The workshop will begin with a networking breakfast at 7:50 AM, followed by the main session at 8:30 AM. Mayor Robert Craft will deliver opening remarks before city staff lead an interactive session to gather insights from the business community. Mayor Craft emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating that feedback from business leaders is crucial for Gulf Shores' future direction.
All Gulf Shores business owners and leaders are invited to attend, regardless of Chamber membership. Participants must operate or work at a business within the city's corporate limits. Recently, the city held a community meeting and offered online platforms for residents to provide input on various focus areas for Vision 2035. Once the plan is developed, residents will have a final opportunity to offer feedback before its implementation this summer.
Registration is required to attend the workshop. Interested business leaders can sign up through the Chamber’s website at www.mygulfcoastchamber.com.
