Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – On May 11, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach will host the first-ever Coastal Alabama Kid Entrepreneurs Day, as organized by the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber. The event will feature elementary-aged students who have spent months learning about entrepreneurship. They've tackled topics such as branding, marketing, finance, and even how to set up their stands.
With the support of Mayors Tony Kennon and Robert Craft, who have both issued proclamations for the event, these young entrepreneurs will finally put their skills to the test by operating their businesses for the day. Penny Hughey, Vice President of Events & Programs at the Chamber, expressed admiration for the students' dedication. "They have really dived deep, creating their own logos and even producing commercials," she noted.
