Learn Sand Sculpting at Tacky Jacks Orange Beach

Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – Tacky Jacks in Orange Beach is partnering with Sand Castle University for a unique family event. Families can learn sand sculpting from a professional sand artist. This class costs $20 and includes a $10 gift card for lunch. Participants must RSVP for the event.

The event is scheduled for July 23 at Tacky Jacks in Orange Beach. Families are invited to learn sand sculpting from a professional sand artist at 11 a.m.

The event is part of Art al Fresco, a series of creative lunch-and-learn sessions. These sessions feature various art projects paired with food. Activities include making patriotic tie-dye shirts, beachy bracelets, and squeegee paintings. Other projects involve upcycled bottle cap flower art, water gun watercolors, patriotic hats, and clay creations.

Art al Fresco events are held every Tuesday in Orange Beach and every Wednesday in Gulf Shores. Each session runs from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., with participants asked to arrive 15 minutes early. The fee for each session varies based on the project and includes a $10 gift card for lunch.

This series aims to offer fun and engaging art activities for all ages, making it a perfect summer outing for families.
