Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – The W.C. Holmes Bridge in Gulf Shores reopened today at 11 a.m., providing one lane for northbound and one for southbound traffic. Police officers are controlling the flow, allowing only a few vehicles at a time. Officials warn that the bridge may close again if conditions worsen.
