Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – Gulf Shores Police have arrested an 18-year-old suspect in connection with a shooting incident that took place during Spring Break in the Surf Style parking lot. The event occurred on March 27, 2024, around 8:40 PM along Gulf Shores Parkway, where a young male was injured by gunfire.
Investigators, in a joint effort with the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, the District Attorney's Office, and Bay Minette Police, worked diligently over the week to pinpoint the individual behind the act. Gregory D. Tate, III, from Bay Minette, AL, has been charged with first-degree assault relating to the shooting and was apprehended on April 2, 2024.
