Baldwin County Sheriff's Office Makes Arrest in Bon Secour Homicide Case

UPDATE on Monday, Sept. 18th at 1:00pm: On Friday, September 15, 2023, the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office was called to a residence in the Bon Secour community regarding a shooting. Officers responded and found 30-year-old Alemcy Saint Louis, shot twice, and deceased in the living room of the residence. Through further investigation, Tahjaneka Christina Armstrong was developed as a suspect and acquaintance of the victim in this homicide. An extensive search began to apprehend and interview Tahjaneka Armstrong.
Tahjaneka Armstrong was contacted by Baldwin County Patrol Deputies on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at a local Hotel in the city of Foley, Al. Tahjaneka Armstrong was arrested on an unrelated warrant at that time and subsequently questioned in reference to this ongoing homicide investigation. Armstrong ultimately made statements connecting her to the shooting Alemcy Louis on the prior evening and was charged with Murder. Armstrong’s bond hearing will be later this afternoon.

Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – Gulf Shores, Ala. – The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office is actively investigating a homicide that occurred in the Bon Secour community on Friday, September 15, 2023. Authorities responded to a call concerning a shooting at a residence where they discovered a 30-year-old black male deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.
Tahjaneka Christina Armstrong emerged as a suspect during the initial stages of the investigation. She was located and detained on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Although Armstrong is currently in custody, she has been arrested on an unrelated warrant. Additional charges are pending, and further information will be released as the investigation progresses.
The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office encourages anyone with information about the whereabouts of Tahjaneka Christina Armstrong before her arrest to come forward.
