Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – The Flora-Bama is set to host a charity concert called "Girls with Guitars" on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024. The event will take place on the Main Stage, with all proceeds going to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.


The concert will feature performances by three talented female artists. 

  • Emily White is a folk singer-songwriter known for her soulful lyrics and soothing melodies. Her music often explores themes of love, loss, and personal growth, resonating deeply with her audiences. Emily will kick off the show at 6:00pm. 

  • Annie Bosko is a country artist renowned for her powerful vocals and heartfelt storytelling. Her music blends traditional country roots with modern influences, creating a unique sound that captivates her listeners. Annie will perform at 7:00pm.

  • Runaway June is a country music trio celebrated for their harmonies and blend of modern and traditional country sounds. The group consists of Stevie Woodward, Natalie Stovall, and Jennifer Wayne. Their show will kick off at 8:00pm.

This show is a listening room environment, meaning no talking during the performances.


Tickets for the event go on sale today, June 25th, at 3:00 PM CT and are priced at $20 each. The ticket price includes an exclusive Girls with Guitars St. Jude T-Shirt, which attendees can pick up at the venue on the day of the show.

Only 120 tickets are available for this intimate, seated concert. Attendees must be 18 or older and provide valid identification for entry. Both seating and T-shirt sizes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.


The Flora-Bama has a history of hosting charitable events. In July 2023, a similar "Girls with Guitars" concert raised $7,846 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This upcoming event continues the venue's tradition of supporting important causes while showcasing talented musicians.


Music fans interested in attending this charity concert are encouraged to purchase tickets early, as the limited number of seats is expected to sell out quickly. The event offers an opportunity to enjoy live music while supporting pediatric cancer research and treatment.
