Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) –  The Wharf in Orange Beach is set to be the backdrop for a heartwarming event on August 12th. As part of the Kids Win Fishing Tournament, presented by Rouses Markets, Make-A-Wish Alabama will be granting the wish of a local child named Leyla. The young girl's dream will be unveiled to the public during this event.

This marks the third consecutive year that the Kids Win Fishing Tournament has collaborated with Make-A-Wish Alabama. The event, which emphasizes that every participant is a winner, has garnered significant attention, with all 100 available spots being filled rapidly. Jason Clabo, the general manager of The Wharf, expressed his pride in partnering with Make-A-Wish for the third time, emphasizing The Wharf's commitment to family fun and creating lasting memories.

The public and local media are encouraged to join in the festivities. The event will feature weigh-ins at The Wharf Marina in Marlin Circle from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., leading up to the much-anticipated wish reveal at noon.
