Magnolia Run to Feature Live Music and Scenic 5K Course

Magnolia Springs, Ala. – (OBA) – The 2024 Magnolia Run, set to take place on November 2, will feature a USATF-certified 5K course through the historic streets of Magnolia Springs. Presented by Baldwin County Sewer Service, this annual event will include a 5K run, a 5K walk, and a 1-mile fun run, attracting around 300 participants. The run will start and finish at Jesse’s Restaurant on Oak Street, offering participants the chance to experience majestic oak canopies and historic homes​.


The Magnolia Run will benefit the Dream Center of Baldwin County, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting disadvantaged youth. A portion of the registration fees from each runner will go towards this cause. Participants will enjoy live music, red beans and rice from Jesse's Restaurant, and other refreshments after the race​.


Race packets can be picked up on October 26 at the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce in Foley, or on the morning of the race at the Magnolia Springs Community Hall. The first 250 participants to register will be guaranteed a race t-shirt.


Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers across various age groups, including overall and special categories like Masters and Wheelchair participants​.
