Experience the Oyster Returns to Gulf Shores for the Third Annual Celebration

Gulf Shores, Ala. – (OBA) – Gulf Shores is preparing for the return of its popular seafood event, Experience the Oyster. The festival will take place at The Hangout on November 1st & 2nd. This marks the third year for the two-day celebration of Gulf Coast flavors.


Murder Point Oysters is presenting the event, which promises delicious food and live entertainment. 

Visitors will enjoy the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches while sampling various oyster dishes.


Some of the South's best chefs will prepare inspired oyster creations. Fresh raw oysters from local Gulf Coast farms will be a main attraction. For those who don't like oysters, gumbo will also be available.


The festival starts on Friday with a special VIP event at Zeke's Restaurant. Guests can enjoy Murder Point oysters, appetizers, and cocktails. They'll also have the chance to meet chefs and oyster farmers from the Gulf Coast.


The main event happens on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Hangout. VIP ticket holders can enter an hour early at 10 a.m. The day will feature live music, cocktails, and chef demonstrations.


Sports fans won't miss out, as a big-screen football experience will be set up. This makes the event fun for everyone, not just food lovers.


Experience the Oyster is a great opportunity for both oyster experts and those new to the shellfish. Visitors can enjoy Gulf Shores' culture and taste local flavors along Alabama's beautiful coast.
