Orange Beach Businesswoman Faces New Fraud Charges

Judith Roberts Pan Arrested Again for Credit Card Fraud
Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – Judith "Tillie" Roberts Pan, a 55-year-old businesswoman from Orange Beach, has been arrested for the second time. This arrest follows allegations that she made nearly $15,000 in fraudulent credit card charges.
Roberts Pan was previously detained last month on similar accusations. Authorities claim she defrauded customers of her custom catering business, stealing over $135,000. The above-mentioned charges of nearly $15,000 charge brings the total to roughly $150,000. The case, which continues to develop, will be presented to a Baldwin County Grand Jury, hinting at possible additional charges.
